Sarah spent her career at a top-3 oilfield services company, most recently as VP of Digital Subsurface Products, where she led enterprise subsurface platforms at global scale. She left to build a company that could move faster and focus exclusively on the energy transition. At Seismic Swift AI she sets product vision and manages investor and enterprise customer relationships.

Marcus was a Principal Engineer on the Azure Cosmos DB team at Microsoft, where he built the multi-region replication layer serving billions of requests per day. He co-authored the distributed consensus protocol used in Azure's globally distributed database offering. At Seismic Swift AI he architects the 11-service event-driven platform and owns all infrastructure, reliability, and security.

Priya was formerly an infrastructure lead at a top-5 fintech unicorn, building payment systems at massive scale while leading a large-scale engineering organization across three continents. She specializes in high-reliability distributed systems, zero-downtime deployment, and engineering culture at scale. At Seismic Swift AI she leads all product engineering, platform reliability, and the CI/CD discipline.

Elena served as Chief Geophysicist at Equinor's Exploration organization for nine years, overseeing seismic interpretation strategy across the North Sea, Barents Sea, and Gulf of Mexico. Her academic research on 4D time-lapse seismic and CCS monitoring is cited in over 80 peer-reviewed publications. She leads Seismic Swift AI's scientific advisory function and the geoscience validation of all ML models.

James was a Research Scientist at DeepMind working on 3D geometric deep learning, with 30+ published papers on volumetric neural networks. His doctoral thesis on graph convolutional networks for unstructured meshes formed the mathematical foundation for Seismic Swift AI's DTW + GCN autotracking engine. He leads model research, training pipeline engineering, and the federated learning program.

Catherine has spent 18 years in enterprise energy software sales, most recently as Regional VP for international markets where she led enterprise sales across Europe and the Middle East for a major oilfield services company. She understands both the technical and commercial dimensions of selling into NOCs, supermajors, and independent operators. She leads all enterprise customer acquisition and the OSDU Forum partnership.
